Called this company after speaking to a few others, that gave it the old, 'because I'm a woman, they doubt I know what I'm talking about speech'....yawn This company was absolutely the opposite, polite, respectful, and keen to evaluate the issue I called about and how to go about rectifying it. When Ben came to look, he was really informative, didn't try to pressure me into any additional works, gave me very sound advice and came up with a plan to fix my roof. On the day, everything was efficient and well organised, everything happened as and when I was told it would, even down to the delivery of materials. The work has held up beautifully, given we've had plenty of rain this past few weeks to test it, I can honestly say as a whole, I would thoroughly recommend Ben and his team, the workmanship was top notch and the the customer service was excellent, bit of a dying art managing both these days!
